Also on Portland near Portland Bill you will find the Lobster Pot restaurant which provides lunch and ice creams for walkers.
Portland Bill light house is open to the public and if you have the energy you can climb the stairs up to see the light. We recommend a visit to Portland as a great day out in any weather.
A very pleasant walk along a mix of lanes, cycle paths and footpaths takes you to visit the fascinating Bincombe Bumps.
